Overall Satisfaction with Motive
We use the Mandated ELD's in our Semi Trucks. We use the ELD's on a daily basis. (Other companies do not charge for the hardware that we had to pay for.) We use the Distance report to file IFTA. We only need the basic service but are forced to use the next level costing about $900.00 more per year just to get the 1 report we require.
- Their tracking system is pretty accurate.
- I would like the Agents to not have to push the sales of products we do not wish to have. (Dash cams)
- They could provide the Distance Summary report with the basic service. We literally don't use anything else the PRO package offers.
- We use Motive(Formerly Keep Truckin) to comply with regulations.
The app and the Admin role are easy to use.
I feel they are about the same, Motive (at the time) had better pricing.
