Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using SharePoint since forever now. It has been extremely simple to use and gets the job done well. We use it across the whole organization to share documents used by IT to the HR and everyone between. As from what I've heard it is not too difficult to manage, and they have hit a few road bumps but nothing too bad.

Pros and Cons

Stable.
Easy to use.
Flexible in terms of integrations.

Over the years as their improvements have come along the maintenance teams have seen a few hiccups.
As an end user, have seen sync issues in the past.
I personally have had troubles uploading/editing files.

Likelihood to Recommend

Its pros easily outweigh its cons, there are a few troubles, but all in all it's a good application which is scalable, easy to use and very flexible.
I don't see why anybody would have problems deploying it on any scale.
