Overall Satisfaction with MSP360 Managed Backup
I am a reseller/consultant. I have about a dozen clients on this backup solution, several of which require HIPAA compliance. All of these clients are either brand new businesses and this is their first brush with a backup solution, or we are replacing their current backup solution for one that is more reliable and economical than what they are currently using.

- Each client I setup I have to fumble through the creation of a data bucket with the backend provider (Wasabi in my case). I havent found a clean way to reproduce that. (This may be a function of my lack of education and not a lack of features with the software.)

- Having a white label backup solution helps my company compete with some of the larger firms in town.
Deployment is much easier. Support is WAY better and personalized.
