Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The product is, at the present moment, used quite intensively in some of the companies I'm giving support to as an external IT manager. All the main functionality are used, both the backup and the replication of the VMs, and the cases of recovery have been always rapidly and successfully completed.

Likelihood to Recommend

I didn't have (as by now) experience on mid-large installations but I can tell that this product for a small company with 3 hosts and 20/25 VMs is perfect and has the same (or better) features as some other more expensive alternatives.

Support Rating

Every time I've had even a small issue to solve, the support was always rapid and efficient, solving the problem in the minimum time possible, using every tool needed.

I purchased the premium support and it is worth every single coin I've spent.

Bug Resolution

Yes - Several release ago I've experienced a problem with an update in the SMB protocol in the Linux Appliance.
That problem has been solved with Nakivo's support and the bug solved in the next patch.
