Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is used across my entire organization to process payroll, store employee records, manage benefits, and track performance. It is intended to assist with HR management, but its functionality is questionable at best.

  • Creates issues with getting employee benefits.
  • Customer service takes weeks to resolve problems.
I would never recommend Namely to a colleague. It is not user-friendly at all and the customer service is atrocious. It takes weeks to resolve issues, the online help center is useless, and if you want a person to address an issue in any sort of detail or timely fashion, they charge you for it.

Namely is not user-friendly and customer service is incredibly poor.

Namely Support

Customer service is slow, can be abrupt to the point of rude, and very rarely understand why things are malfunctioning. I have issues that I have been trying to resolve for weeks at this point.
