Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is used to manage teams, employee information, time off requests, and resources for employees. It is used across the whole organization and it helps us to track and manage employees' benefits and informations.
  • Time off requests.
  • Teams structure.
  • Employee reminders (birthday, etc.).
  • Payment management.
  • Improved user experience.
  • Performance reviews.

  • Improved employee information.
  • Improved management of benefits.
  • Org chartering.
Culture Amp is great for employee performance reviews and surveys. Expensify is used for reimbursements. I believe for both purposes Namely could be the only platform, but due to not having all the features, the organization had to use other platforms.
I wasn't involved in the implementation, but I believe my organization does not use everything that Namely could offer, therefore during implementation or afterward, Namely could have offered support for the org to use Namely better and all the tools it has.
I believe usability could be improved, as well as the information about all the services it can offer and how best to use the tools.
Namely is well suited to manage employees' information and benefits. It is less used or appropriate for performance reviews and integration with finance.
