Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We use Namely across the company for HRIS, paperless Onboarding, Goals, and Performance Reviews. It provides efficiency and transparency for all team members and saves the HR team hours a month.

  • Modern and professional paperless onboarding.
  • Ongoing improvements.
  • Customization options for performance reviews.
  • Customer support can always be improved. I find the level of knowledge of the support team is sometimes less than my own.

  • HR saves 5 hours per new hires with the modern onboarding features.
We chose Namely over Bamboo due to it having much more of an ability to customize the performance reviews to fit our processes.
It's easy and intuitive to navigate and does not require a lot of training for users.
I believe Namely is best suited [for] small to medium-sized companies with fairly straightforward processes.
