Overall Satisfaction with Namely

It gave us a fun way to marry HR and team involvement. Having built-in reviews was very helpful as well as goal setting both individually and company-wide.

I think namely is a more user-friendly version of Ceridian for the teammates; however, Ceridian definitely functions more completely.
Implementation was quite seamless and any snags that came up were quickly and easily resolved. Excellent support from Namely.
We didn't have many processes that made sense prior to Namely. It was able to help us streamline and integrate many of our loose ends.
The review process was the largest win for sure with Namely.
It's very intuitive and easy to navigate and explore.
Adding social value to the team was top-notch. With a platform, teammates could interact, be reminded of work anniversaries, etc was great. The review process was also wonderful and easily incorporated the necessary parties resulting in a concise overview of a teammate's performance. The goal-setting feature - while good conceptually - needs work. The individual and department goals do not speak to each other and do not speak to the organization's goals. If these were integrated and automated, it would make a world of difference to the value of this feature. Otherwise, it's a lot of manual updating and we stopped using it because of that.
