Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We used this to take care of HR activities including remuneration and taking care of time off, etc. This is also referred for bulk employee management in the organization.

  • Taking care of Time off in bulk is admirable.
  • Remuneration on the basis of allotted compensation is again an advantage.

The easy to use feature makes it countable on others. Its compatibilty with other platforms along with management for employee number and employee rating is making it more useful.
Nothing specific, but adding a unique number identification feature for employees would be an add-on advantage.
Payroll Management, Time Off Management, Talent management, employee rating, and bulk employee management are the benefits we mainly have.
Time off management and employee rating are features used in the organization.
Just because of easy to use features along with its feature of interplatform compatibility.
It is well suited for payroll management. Adjusting time off of the employee. Talent management. It helps in managing the employee rating in an efficient manner. Its ability to integrate features with other softwares is an add-on advantage.
