  • We grew our company from 70 to 112 people and we needed a human resource mgmt. sys'.
  • We were able to hire and distribute hiring documents efficiently.
  • We have been able to use the timecard system for helping with payroll.
This tool is uniquely different than work productivity tools. When running a growing company it is necessary to have a virtual HR Resource service and Namely has facilitated the need. When I came to work for our company this was my first experience with this type of software service and it was delightfully easy to use.
I'm a customer user and not on the executive team, so therefore I did have the role of administrating policies, procedures, and company processes.
This is a tool that you use only when need access to HR Resource Information means, and professional workforce documentation. Obviously, to operate a sizable company you need to have essential reliable systems to facilitate running a successful thriving company.
Since the pandemic disruption, we lost our business office and access to the convenience of having an HR department for personal and professional needs. Namely became a convenient solution that could be accessed from a home desktop computer.

Evaluating Namely and Competitors

  • Prior Experience with the Product
The HR dept. was use to a different platform and felt the team and culture could get acclimated and greater benefit quicker using this platform.
It was evaluated at the C-level, however, they did request feedback and short surveys reflection on experience using it as well as any unsatisfactory feedback.
