Overall Satisfaction with NeoCertified Secure Email
We utilize NeoCertified Secure Email whenever sensitive information is being sent to or from clients and insurance carriers. All private information needs to go through a secured environment and we trust NeoCertified to do so.
- Easily works with our Outlook email system.
- Those receiving our secure emails find it easy to set up a user name and password to access and open and attach and send back.
- Whenever help is needed they respond quickly.
- Our wish list would be if we could utilize it via our Gmail system. We don't use Outlook emails except with NeoCertified.
- It solves my number 1 problem...staying compliant with the security rules and regulations that my industry imposes.
- It gives peace of mind to my clients that their personal information is secured. This is an easy step in customer service that goes above and beyond what many offer. Trust is a huge issue for clients, we have our clients trust that we will always be looking out for their best interest, including securing our correspondence that includes private information.
It has been a while since I looked at other email security sites. Quite honestly I do not know. After we found NeoCertified and implemented it we simply do not worry nor do we look at changing. When a product works why look elsewhere?
