NetBase is a great, comprehensive tool for social listening but I wouldn't give it a score of 10/10 because I am still waiting for the company to make upgrades to its platform that was promised.

I like to use NetBase to evaluate what's being said about a brand before and after a social campaign. It can also be used to evaluate where a brand or its products stand against its competitors.
