Use Cases and Deployment Scope

NetSuite is being used by several departments and has created one system that multiple departments work out of and are familiar with. Our customers use the Customer Center portion to purchase items and pay invoices. This has helped with communication between departments and has provided our sales team with on demand information that assists with customer needs.

Alternatives Considered

QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions

NetSuite solved a lot of issues we had with Quickbooks but also took away some functionality as well.

Likelihood to Renew

The implementation was a long process to get the system how we want it. To go through that again so soon would be very tedious.

Likelihood to Recommend

Picking the right company to assist in the implementation is an important piece, and making sure the product fits the company with out having to redesign sections of the product.
