Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite
NetSuite is being used by several departments and has created one system that multiple departments work out of and are familiar with. Our customers use the Customer Center portion to purchase items and pay invoices. This has helped with communication between departments and has provided our sales team with on demand information that assists with customer needs.
