Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite
NetSuite is used across the organization and is the financial system of records for us. It is an excellent cloud based solution and is well integrated across modules. It is user friendly, easy to implement and also easy to understand and train users on. The user experience has been positive all thru as the system per se is not complicated.

- CRM and e-commerce module could be more tightly integrated.
- One set of books for multiple currencies can be made more simple.
- Lesser cost of implementation for a faster ROI
We evaluated SAP and netsuite and went with netsuite because of its simplicity and yet being able to deliver value
