Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite

NetSuite is used by our accounting department, of course, but also by our executive team for financial reporting.
  • The software is in the Cloud, so there is no need for inhouse IT support
  • It allows for all of your processes to become paperless
  • Workflows are easily customized to your organization
  • They have great training classes, and a good implementation team is assigned to you until startup
  • Although NetSuite is HIGHLY customizable, it is not as EASY as it is professed to be. If your company has a project manager or developer dedicated to the implementation and customization, it is great, but not all midsized companies have that dedicated personnel.
  • There seems to be a high turnover in account management.
  • Customer support is sometimes difficult - I recommend the Gold level.
  • Increased efficiency, particularity in AP and AR.
  • Financial reporting - with multiple departments and multiple companies
QuickBooks - NetSuite would be the EASE and User Friendliness of QuickBooks, but on MAJOR STEROIDS
