Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
We have used Network for Good in the past for networking with our donors and to give information to those who search on Network for Good about the services that we provide. It helps us get the word out to other agencies, foundations, donors, potential clients, etc.
- Ease of use of the website
- Support from the staff at Network for Good
- Returning calls when there is a problem you are having regarding an error made on our part, or not knowing how to go forward in the process.
- I would like there to be a portion that is open to the entire public or for potential donors other than our own list. We would not have direct contact with the donors or foundations, but that those entities would be able to review what we put in and decide to support our non-profit.
- Great service team
- Easy use of marketing tools
- Ability to save information from year to year
- We use the network year after year and have gained private foundation funding for several projects.
- We have been able to gain a counseling center through the Network foundations and to fix other projects that were damaged through Hurricane Irma through generous donations that came from use of the Network for Good system.
We have not tried any other similar product.
