Overall Satisfaction with Network for Good
I use Network for Good as a fundraising and communication platform. I steward donors and train others to do so based on the information we retain within each donor's record. I communicate with donors utilizing the robust communication options Network for Good offers. I also use the reporting features to make data-driven decisions regarding top donors and the next steps. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and has great communications tools. I really love the built-in video component.

- The look and feel of the dashboard is user-friendly
- We wish we had the ability to set parameters/filter for dashboard data.

We used to use LGL. We needed more functionality, better reporting, and something that could handle the growth of our organization. We also wanted to reduce the number of products we were using. Network for Good was the perfect solution for our needs. In looking at Raiser's Edge NXT, it was too big and too expensive for our needs.
