Overall Satisfaction with NeverBounce a ZoomInfo company

We run any email address that “goes into” our Marketo instance through never bounce before it is synced to SFDC or used for any emailing purposes, etc.

Pros

  • Quick upload.
  • Quick check.
  • Quality file push on the other side without extra errors in a CSV that sometimes happen.

Cons

  • Complaints from sales reps who swear certain emails are working and valid but never bounce say otherwise.
  • Too few buckets to categorize emails in.
  • It’s helped with assurance on email.
  • Data governance.
  • Layered filter to fight blacklisting.
So simple to use. Upload is easy; it does the job from there, lets you customize the output, and emails you when the run is finished, which I love while multitasking.
