Overall Satisfaction with Newoldstamp

Our entire team uses Newoldstamp for our email signatures. Our signatures list employee contact information, as well as social media information. It gives our email a cohesive look and unifies our responses when speaking with clients, vendors, suppliers, marketers, etc.
  • Numerous template options for signatures
  • Easy to add social media handles
  • Get a report based on signature clicks. Helpful to see how the signature is performing.
  • We had an issue installing the signature on Chrome, and had to download Safari to get the signature to not have underlines on it. This was the recommended fix by Support
  • If there is an update to be made across the entire team (new logo, promotion banner, etc.), each employee has to re-copy and re-paste the new signature. It doesn't take a lot of time, but I have to stay on top of everyone to make sure it's done. There might be a few days when the signatures don't match because some people do it faster than others
  • Helped the team to appear more professional by having a clean looking email signature
  • Has helped clients, vendors, etc. find us easily and know how to contact us via email or phone number
We originally started with WiseStamp, but I felt that is was difficult to create a signature. I found the process to be confusing and wanted a simpler approach to creating team signatures.

Newoldstamp is helpful for any company that is looking to create a unified email signature. It is helpful for small teams, but also for larger teams that have multiple departments and wish to create different signatures for different departments. It allows a user to integrate their website and social media handles into the signature, as well as track how well the company is doing receiving clicks. You can even add a banner for special promotions or announcements. The dashboard makes it relatively easy to edit.
