Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

We use a release distribution service about once a year for important company news. The main goal is SEO. It's not realistic to expect media to actually pick up most of our company news stories, though they sometimes do when it relates to the announcement of a well-known brand name that we have developed or rebranded that we spearheaded.
  • Simple, convenient customer interface
  • Affordable distribution plans
  • Good follow up and info on results
  • Of course, we'd prefer even more major outlets to be included in our distribution plan
  • Our releases show up in the aggregators promised, and the experience is smooth and as expected. I can't quantify the impact on SEO, but we feel that this modest investment is worth it.
  • Also, having links on our site to company news releases outside of our site is helpful for social and other communications.
Very straightforward and convenient. Any questions are answered promptly. Nice follow-up and the visibility reports are helpful for the info for me and my team as well as an easy-to-digest snapshot for internal stakeholders to show them what's happening with our media campaign. I also like that I'm not inundated with marketing emails from Newswire throughout the year.

Works well for us, a small creative services agency, that needs access to an affordable media distribution list for company news releases, primarily for SEO purposes. We write our own releases, so I can't comment on those services, and we have not explored any other plans, so I can't comment on more full-service PR options.
