Overall Satisfaction with Newswire

We use Newswire to submit press releases about our ongoing partnership renewals. As a healthcare job board, we partner with many physician associations to run their career centers and are constantly bringing on new partnerships that we want to announce to the healthcare community. We are also in the phase of launching new services to our customers and Newswire has been our go-to source for presenting those announcements.

I've never had a problem with Newswire and their service for the 5 years I've been working and using them for our marketing updates. The platform never changes and the system is always very quick and easy to use. Customer service is always very friendly and helpful on the off-chance that you have a rare issue with your account.

The people at Newswire are always so helpful and easy to communicate with which is part of the reason that we come back year after year. We had trouble with expired credits that weren't supposed to have been expired and they helped us get our account back on track within a few hours. The turnaround for PR reviews after submission is also one of the reasons we have been a long-time customer, it is very easy to submit, make updates and then get it all set up for release all within a couple of hours.
