Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)
[NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)] is used for a number of departments for telecommunications purposes. It is used to facilitate communication within the organization as well as with clients outside of the organization. It helps streamline communication processes and also provides a way to keep a convenient record of all inbound and outbound calls.
