Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)

We use it daily for our phone calls. It helps us set our availability and alert our managers when we go to break and lunch. It also allows us to make phone calls and speak with customers.

I do not have the ability to customize the platform.
Because it is way better than some of the other programs I have used for different companies.
It allows our managers to verify our breaks and lunches and make sure we aren't abusing them.
