Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)
Used to take calls with homeowners and professionals.
NICE CXone provides great security and a easy platform for my business to get in contact with consumers. The impact it has had is having a clear transfer log for easy transfers to different departments. NICE CXone has also impact the business by making everything easy to access and navigate while on calls so that agents can get the customers the results they need in a timely fashion.
I give this rating because NICE CXone is a great and easy-to-use system with lots of great features however it often crashes and glitches during calls and causes you to have to restart your computer or the system.
Have had no issues with reporting.

NICE CXone is good for big or small companies trying to get connected with customers. Not suitable for a company with an extensive software.
