Overall Satisfaction with NICE inContact CXone

We are a work-at-home call center. This software is used by the whole company for all telephone communications. The business problems that it addresses are allowing calls to be routed to agents all across the country with crystal clear sound even on wifi. The app also automatically restricts agents from making personal calls during their work times and allows for accurate work time evaluations.

We are able to receive calls for multiple different clients into the same calling pool and then route them out to agents based on their specific training. We have integrated CXone for use with Simple Pledge which is our script database for our agents. The impact this has on our business is completely positive.
I give usability a 10 because this software is completely dummy-proof. There's literally no way an individual agent can do anything on their app that affects the entire business in a negative light. Restrictions are minimal while usage remains optimal. Nothing to download is a convenience for everyone because no one has to individually set up anything on their own

Great for call centers, call center operators, and at-home receptionists. Not good for conference calls, meetings, etc. The conference features are great for transfers or calls that only involve 3 people but there isn't a convenient way to hold meetings with this software. For day-to-day incoming calls, callbacks, etc this is a great app.
