Overall Satisfaction with NICE inContact CXone
We are a work-at-home call center. This software is used by the whole company for all telephone communications. The business problems that it addresses are allowing calls to be routed to agents all across the country with crystal clear sound even on wifi. The app also automatically restricts agents from making personal calls during their work times and allows for accurate work time evaluations.
Pros
- Successfully routes calls to hundreds of agents across the country.

- Call log breakdown is perfect for agent evaluations.
Cons
- It's a website app. You must login and operate via the website.
- Doesn't have standalone app software currently available.
- It's does have a slight tendency to drop calls during the connection process.
We are able to receive calls for multiple different clients into the same calling pool and then route them out to agents based on their specific training. We have integrated CXone for use with Simple Pledge which is our script database for our agents. The impact this has on our business is completely positive.
