Overall Satisfaction with NICE inContact CXone

We are currently using the service in our customer service call center. It allows us to efficiently monitor and manage our inbound and outbound calls. It gives us the data that is necessary to manage our efficiency and manage our employees to better service our clients. Any challenges with the program are easily remedied by our own IT professionals.
