Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform
We are using Nintex to reduce paper forms and workflow processes. We previously had a large number of manual processes and large paper-based forms that were filled out multiple times a day. This allows us to reduce our waste, printing costs and also increase approval speed for key functions. We can also now analyze the data to look for trends and identify improvements for our business.

We are using the o365 environment, now that it supports mobile, desktop, multi browsers it is ideal for our environment. The ability to collect forms in an offline state on a mobile device is valuable as we attend locations where there is no mobile connectivity. This enables us to still collect data in an easy to do format.
Nintex is being used by all areas of our business, the implementation is always done with IT staff then handed over to the business for testing. This has allowed us to rapidly deploy forms to our end users to assist in data collection and analysis in an easy to use format.
There are not many SharePoint based workflow engines. We looked at K2 but the forms functionality provided by Nintex is what gives it the advantage. K2 is more flexible at the cost of more technical implementation. Nintex gives us an easy to use platform that anyone can pick up and use.
