Nintex Workflow for Office365
Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform
We use Nintex to automate everything from employee on-boarding, to collecting e-signatures as part of a sales process for employee recognition. We also connect Nintex to other devices like IoT devices to track data provided from the devices. The mobile aspect is top-notch as well because I can disperse online forms or the whole organization without writing a piece of code.

- Some workflow actions could be more robust.
- Data connections to other systems.
- Positive ROI on all processes.
The flexibility is extremely important. We use it inside and outside of Office 365 to collaborate with external companies as well as to connect other systems.
It's helping our IT department by taking the load off of them and letting the business run its own processes.
Nintex is better than both. Flow has too many limitations and hidden costs and K2 uses its own workflow engine and I personally feel that the installs of Nintex are much easier because it snaps right into SharePoint.
