Nintex Process Platform is primarily used for automation efforts and collaboration between various systems. We have other platforms that we leverage for this as well, such as Splunk's Phantom platform, and Nintex is used to keep many of the other platforms in sync.

Nintex Deployment Flexibility

SharePoint integration and support for newly added systems. Needs additional work to fully integrate with new API tie-ins.

Non-IT team members are helping with the requirements list, but they are not actively using the tool itself.

Alternatives Considered

Splunk Phantom

Splunk Phantom is more robust and fully customizable than Nintex. Currently we use them in tandem.
