We have a highly customized SharePoint site that we use to manage internal documents. The Nintex Workflows are a key part of the functionality of this site. The workflows manage content update reminders, item-level security, and other notification processes.
- The processes are very stable; the application has basically been "fire and forget."
- When errors do occur, the reporting is a little weak. It can be hard to track down exactly why a workflow failed.
- The application that uses Nintex has made vital information more easily accessible to people throughout the company. This enables them to make better, more educated decisions.
