Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
It is used to develop in-house forms and workflows through Office 365 with SharePoint. It is used across the org and it helps digitize our intake and workflows. We use it for our project management intake process, to take in new initiatives. Having the customization to add and remove fields, and the ability to set controls to collect them has significantly helped our planning and prioritization process.

- Nintex for Office 365
- Nintex Forms
- Nintex Workflow
It is important for us to be able to deploy and publish quickly to handle rapid changes. We love the ability to manage the deployment end to end, without any external vendor for us to publish. Doing so allowed us to create a POC much quicker and without the need for other technical resources.
It is used by non-IT for our new work intake and approval process. They are using it to input new projects, enter financial forecasting data, and prioritize and visualize through Power BI. Having this ability gives a tool beyond Excel for our users.
Nintex is easier to learn than PowerApps. Powerautomate has better performance and flexibility than Nintex Workflow. We selected Nintex for its mature capability and "no-code" functionality.
