Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform

We use it to optimize the processes that need to be handled by many departments, so the Nintex Process Platform allowed us to be faster on our work, reduce/eliminate all paper and the need to constantly communicate with each department and make sure everything is okay and went smoothly was reduced, and I could actually say it is now null. My job is to create the workflows and maintain them; make the needed updates the company/ employees require so somehow keep growing on a better path. Even though I'm an intern at the company, this is the platform I have learned the best, and I now have full control of it inside the company, and that fulfills me since I see I am able to help my colleagues and learn new things at the same time.

It just works for us, and we have been receiving lots of good feedback from all of the employees. The fact that it is visually appealing and so easy to use made our employees not miss any of the workflows. We have also given them a formation in case someone did not know how to use it, and everything went smoothly, and everyone understood how it worked and how to use it.
Inside finances, they move lots of paperwork for many departments, so that has been eliminated with Nintex Process Platform since now we have the possibility to just send it with a form, and the other user will receive it and just give their answer. In marketing, it eliminated the urge to always call every commercial and get in touch with customer services, etc. Regarding customer services, it has been a blast. Great to use for them to send clients information.
Better visuals and an easy platform for everyone to understand.
We had a local Workflow system my manager did, but with the Nintex Process Platform, everything has become easier because since it is visually attractive and for all ages, even the elder employees get to understand how to do it; with the local one, even if it worked perfectly it was local and we wanted to be able to move it to other countries in Europe in which the company also uses Workflows.

It is best suited for large companies when processes have to be managed by lots and different departments; I don't really think it will be that much useful for a process where it's a one-to-one person.
It is also useful when people are working at home or in different countries, no matter how big or small; it always will make things easier and faster in my opinion.
