We use Nintex Promapp across our entire business. It provides us with a single repository for storing process information that is intuitive enough for the business to update themselves.
  • Intuitive interface that makes process creation and updating a breeze for non-technical staff
  • Constantly being updated with new features and improvements
  • It provides a risk management module as well
  • No real weaknesses come to mind
  • Greatly improved business understanding of processes that span beyond their department boarders
  • Reduction in rework as business analysts have a repository of process knowledge already created
Well suited to organisations that have processes that stretch across multiple departments.

It is also great for companies that don't have a dedicated process management resource as it is easy for the actual business users to update processes.
