Overall Satisfaction with Notarize

We used Notarize to get electronic document signing from customers and clients. We need consent forms, NDAs and other documents to be signed digitally and through Notarize, we can easily reach persons who would be otherwise unreachable in person. The signing process is simple and it also lets you know if and when the person has completed the signature.

Pros

  • Digitizes manual processes of e-signature
  • Improves customer experience by simplifying the signature process
  • Provides multi-factor authentication and prevents frauds

Cons

  • A little pricey.
  • The mobile app needs improvement. It is unstable and does not work every time
  • Verification process is long and tedious
  • Safe and secure e-signature
  • Encrypted two-way notary sessions
  • Easy and fast notarization
  • Offers document editing and preparation tools
  • Simplified and streamlined document verification process
  • Cut down on travel costs as in-person meeting is not required
  • Improved employee's efficiency

Do you think Notarize delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Notarize's feature set?

Yes

Did Notarize live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Notarize go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Notarize again?

No

Notarize is a good software to get the e-signature of the customers or clients in a quick and efficient way. Also, they have dynamic, multi-factor authentication that validates identity in the most robust and secure way. It's mobile app is however not well-built. So if someone tries to e-sign the document on their phone, it might crash or the document will not upload the first time. Hence it is recommended to use it on desktop.
