Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We've used ON24 for the last several years to deliver on demand courses to support our partner certification program. We use the quiz feature to assess the learner's knowledge in each course. It's far from a perfect solution but we've managed to make it work through a number of manual processes and workarounds. It's also used for a number of one to many webinars when we expect a large audience.

We've done some custom integration work with ON24's development and integration teams to get mostly what we need through an integration with Pardot. That's gotten us most of the way there for our certification tracking purposes, but there are still a number of customizations in our CRM to accommodate and process the information we receive from ON24.
For live webinars, ON24 has always been available, which is comforting when you know you're going to have hundreds of people in your event. Each event we seem to have a small 1-2 percentage of attendees who cannot hear the presentation, but 99% of the time that's resolved by refreshing their browser or exiting and reentering the event.
  • It's increased our ability to probe our audience which results in a more engaging follow up by our sales teams.
  • It's upped the professionalism of our live and on demand presentations.

Originally we selected ON24 for its ability to play a recorded video presentation while having a live Q&A, which was something we were not able to find in another platform.

We kept renewing because it's a step above the others when it comes to the professionalism of interface and it's ability to manage on-demand events.


ON24 is a good solution for one to many presentations when you want to make an impact and have a professional looking interface. It's great for sharing with presenters from other organizations as it's easy to use and has a nice back stage area for the presenters and producer. If you're doing a lot of screen sharing, you'll be frustrated by the slow response time. It just doesn't come across as professional. It does not make a good learning management solution.
