Overall Satisfaction with ON24

On24 is used in various business units at ADP. It is used to deliver webinars to large numbers of clients and prospects. I use On24 to deliver specific product focused, client training in the form of a webinar to demonstrate product features.

I have never had an issue with reliability or any system outages
ON24 has been a great tool during the pandemic. It has allowed us to seamlessly engage clients and continue internal training with maximum impact. ON24 is a fantastic tool to maintain a professional presence during COVID-19
The quality of ON24 surpasses other similar software. I especially like the dashboard view for attendees. It is engaging and easy to use. Users can download materials, explore links, chat, and use Q&A without having to navigate to a different window allowing for a seamless presentation
ON24 has made it very easy for users with varying tech skills to contribute to the presentation and maintain a professional appearance. The editor is extremely easy to use and train someone else to use who may struggle with creating content.
It is great for an informational webinar, but more difficult to use for a training scenario because of the lack of 2-way voice.

ON24 and Communications During a Pandemic

The ON24 platform is very user friendly and offers almost unlimited editing capabilities for your presentations. On24 has really done a fantastic job in making the platform easy for both users and attendees. In my organization I have people who are not "tech savvy", and teaching them how to customize presentations and use ON24 is very easy. I would recommend this platform to anyone who needs to deliver high quality presentations to attendees.
