Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 for our monthly webinars for our clients. The product is mainly used by the Marketing team.
- Training
- Able to provide links to relevant content that goes with the webinar
- Automatic Survey
- Easy of Set-up
- We had trouble with flash and switching the HTML beta. Seemed that there was something wrong everytime we were told it was fixed.
- Having an email required for the speaker shouldn't be a mandatory field.
ON24 is integrated with SF.com and it provides us new leads, and tracks in a campaign all that register and attend.
- We have seen an increase in our registration rate from our clients for these webinars.
ON24 has better branding opportunities, and other features to provide our clients with additional information and knowledge. The reporting in ON24 is also much nicer and easier to export.
