Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is being used as an online platform to provide product webinars and CE (continue Education) credits for the advisor. It is used within the department. It helps to bring our customer the latest information, a way of communication for product details and showcase. It also help with providing the advisor education to over 60000 advisors across the country. We use ON24 for also some SME webcast. We have done a few video webcasts as well.
- Excellent customer service, our account manager is great.
- Good platform within the industry.
- User friendly in terms of customer experience.
- Video webcast needs to be improved... the video with large speaker icon is not good.
- Also need more customer tailoring (the old WCC allows admin to do more stuff).
- The analytics can be better laid out, currently there are a lot of clicks.
- Engage customer!

We have been a long time customer with ON24, so this is not new to us in terms of online broadcasting. However, it is good to have ON24 readily access for COVID as all major event has been turned into online instead of in person. This really helps as we already have a platform ready to use and engage customer.
We have used the video component now with the webcast as presenter are more comfortable to be seen online via video. This helps with the customer engagement for sure.
ON24 has been the one we used!!!
