Overall Satisfaction with ON24

[It is a] very user-friendly platform with a lot of functionalities and a collaborative approach. I have been using it for webinars and find it very practical. You can select different views and options, and the Q&A session was also really handy. You can also interact directly with a specific person via the chat.

During the pandemic, the need for online events was increasing. It became really important to have a stable and good platform to host and assist webinars in order to provide the best prospects and customer experience. The online collaborative approach was also crucial during the pandemic.
On a scale of 1-10, I would rate ON24 a 9 for overall scalability. Scaling up online experience initiatives and expanding the use of the platform across departments is really important.

ON24 is really appropriate to organize a webinar with several speakers and a broad audience. It is a very collaborative platform [and a] very good UX. You directly understand where and how to do certain tasks and how to collaborate. The reporting capabilities are really handy and enable us to understand better what could be improved.
