Overall Satisfaction with OnBase by Hyland
At Discovery Benefits and WEX we use OnBase as a business process improvement tool as well as a ECM. All of our business units and employees benefit from OnBase but to pick a couple of the larges would be our Claims Processing, Client Implementation and Support, Participant Services team, Sales and Accounting.
- Integrations with multiple platforms and industry specific processes.
- Support and communication.
- Easy of use and setup for everyone.
- Provide a community for all to share and learn from.
- QA Testing on new modules.
- All positive, improvements and ROI allows us to move faster than most in our industry.
Not even close, OnBase gives you way more functionality and integration.
