Overall Satisfaction with OnBase by Hyland

At Discovery Benefits and WEX we use OnBase as a business process improvement tool as well as a ECM. All of our business units and employees benefit from OnBase but to pick a couple of the larges would be our Claims Processing, Client Implementation and Support, Participant Services team, Sales and Accounting.
  • Integrations with multiple platforms and industry specific processes.
  • Support and communication.
  • Easy of use and setup for everyone.
  • Provide a community for all to share and learn from.
  • QA Testing on new modules.
  • All positive, improvements and ROI allows us to move faster than most in our industry.
Not even close, OnBase gives you way more functionality and integration.
Call, email or submit a ticket and you will get someone to respond and start to work on your issues. If it is not a rush and you want to search the "Community" for an answer you have that option as well.
