Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

OneCause has been an invaluable piece of our fundraising and event planning efforts since I started my role. Their product is easy to use, incredibly customizable to help fit things into your organization's needs, and most importantly their support line is always excellent. They are prompt, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, I don't hesitate to call whenever I have a question about our OneCause platform, and if I ever have a question that requires a deeper dive than a single call they follow up with me right away and are very helpful.

Great usability
This is the best part about OneCause, the support staff is excellent without fail. I never hesitate to call or email the support line, specific support team members, or my CSM, each time they are incredibly helpful.

This past year for our annual gala we had 3 OneCause event staff come work our event. They were an incredible support system, two of them went off separately to work portions of the event and another followed the logistics lead (me) to provide any in-the-moment support needed. It was great service.
