Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We used OneCause for a large fundraiser with 25 tables and 250 people. It helped us tremendously with seating people, ticket sales, and raffles. Very user-friendly, and anytime we had a question there is someone on the other end to talk to or a video to watch. We taught all of our volunteers the morning of!

  • The front page of the website is tough to upload of google docs
  • Clunky when navigating between screens.
  • It was pricey, but we couldn’t have had the success we had with any other software.
There is some clunky-ness navigating between screens and using the back button.
It was a great resource, excited to use it again.
