Our entire company uses Onehub as a secure virtual data room to enhance the transmission of sensitive financial data. One of the best features is we enjoy is bank-level security, which in the financial world is crucial when transmitting financial information.

Dropbox is far more complicated to store and send data and can often be confusing for the user and the client. Onehub is easy, safe and to the point.

1 - Office manager is the main support for Onehub in-house. It is easy to learn and teach so not much support is needed.

Evaluating Onehub and Competitors

Yes - We previously used Dropbox; however, it was not user-friendly to our less computer-savvy clients.

Bank-level security and ease of use are why we selected Onehub and left Dropbox.
It would be nice to know upfront costs, the sales pitch can be very misleading. Great product though.
