Use Cases and Deployment Scope

OneStream is being used for corporate consolidations, account reconciliation, transaction matching, tax provisioning, task manager, and other uses.

Pros and Cons

Reporting is intuitive
Ability to import data in an automated fashion
Ability to map several charts of account values from different ledgers

Transaction matching is a newer feature and has room for growth
Would like to see the ability to more easily maintain multiple workflows by copying one to another
Would like the ability to auto-post journal entries back to an ERP

It is a good tool for the financial close to track tasks, match transactions, and reconcile your balances through the close process, among many other features. The marketplace solution makes it easy to get many solutions in one application.
