Overall Satisfaction with Opensense (formerly SenderGen)

It has helped us with our email signature and tracking who is opening our emails; the data that Opensense gives us is just great! Then, you are able to run banners on your emails as well to get other data on who is clicking on that or any other links on your signature in your email.

Haven't used anything like this before; no tool has matched what they can do. They were the first ones we demoed, and we loved the platform and loved the team! There wasn't anything we didn't like, and even the price was perfect! I would go with them again at any time! I think they blow their competition out of the water.
Opensense customer service is by far the best! I have never had an issue once when calling in or submitting a ticket! They are very kind while working on the phone with them, and they explain everything to you! They will take the time with you to make sure everything gets solved.
Overall all useability is great. The tool is dummy-proof, so anyone can use it and run it. No IT knowledge needed besides connecting it to your mail server which their team will walk you through. After that, you can have fun with the tools and create what you want to create for your teams.

It is well suited for anyone wanting to get your email data all in one place. See who is opening your emails, attachments, clicking on your banners, or signatures—everything is logged. Timestamps when people open your emails. Also, push out all your employee's signatures so you can manage them and the employees don't need to create their own.
