Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Aconex

We use Oracle Aconex as a cloud-based solution for our operations. Some of the main problems that it's able to address for us are document management, workflow automation, issues with handover and company-to-company correspondence, and bid management. We find that it can connect and partition these different areas very well.

  • Streamlines our requests process.
Not only is Oracle Aconex a bigger name, but it seems much better thought out than any of the alternatives that we considered. e-Builder, for example, seemed rather clunky with a less well thought out UX. Oracle Aconex has been more than enough as far as our needs are concerned. We chose it for a reason.
We're delighted with Oracle Aconex's functionality, UX, capabilities, and feature offerings. The only thing that keeps us from giving it a perfect 10/10 is the price. There are other options out there that won't burn as deep of a hole in your pocket, but then again, you get what you pay for.

It seems that Oracle Aconex is particularly well suited for small to medium-sized businesses. For our company size, at least, Oracle Aconex is more than capable of providing all of the operation management needs that we could ever conceivably need. However, I can see how some of its flaws wouldn't work for a larger company.
