Oracle BI Foundation Suite was used as the backbone of our claims management software. We used it for reporting on claims for both patients and physicians.
- It was easy to generate custom reports for users.
- Using the Oracle BI Foundation Suite we were no longer using the 'best guess' for resolving conflicts.
- Users were able to quickly get answers to questions on reporting, rather than spending time reading printed reports.
- Since 11g web interface performance has degraded.
- Upgrades can be tricky if not performed with support.
