Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service

We use BICS and OBIEE as part of the OBIA to address the business analytics needs for various departments.
  • Building a robust model for our sales department.
  • Firm modeling on physical and logical layers.
  • Publishing the dashboards.
  • Speed.
  • Lacks visualization features compared to Tableau or Looker.
  • IT-centric (more dependent on IT for modeling and development).
  • Self-service.
Business Cloud has a more robust model.
Business Intelligence Cloud is well suited for all our business units including sales, finance, marketing, and HR operations.
