Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud ERP

Oracle Cloud ERP is being used to manage customer acquisition costs, supply chain costs, procurement, and ultimately helps plan and forecast on our organizational financial results.

I like how you can view things in real time, everything from outstanding invoices, to helping us streamline expenses, and accounts receivable. They offer a lot of open APIs to be able to pull data from other sources to give you a more accurate understanding.

I like that it uses computerized reasoning to review and streamline our operations and allows us to track and budget our finances.
It’s very helpful to determine accurate customer acquisition costs by being able to pull data from multiple sources. Overall, the system is stable and gives you a few different options to run processing reports differently. I like the option we have to customize the reporting to fit our business needs.
