Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud ERP

Oracle Cloud [ERP] software is being utilized out our company for a number of different reasons and for its wide skillset to handle many different issues when looking at the future of our business. There are many different billing and receiving companies out there who claim to have the most advanced and all-inclusive platforms, but what really matters is that the program is going to help you forecast not only the quarters ahead but years ahead. This program has helped us to do that, and so much more.
  • Billing and Receiving for our client accounts.
  • End of month reconciliation to make sure our teams are all on the same page,
  • It allows us to more easily handle the expense spending our sales team does while in the field.
  • Support can be a little lacking nowadays. It hasn't always been this way.
  • Setup can be time consuming initially.
  • The UI could use a restructuring or a facelift to make things come to life a little more.
With the ability to forecast what the next few quarters are going to do, or even longer, it lets us move finances around and restructure our business so that we can be ready when the challenging times come. The Oracle Cloud ERP is a great way for companies to be able to look and see what risks are worth taking and which might be better if they hold off for a bit. Being able to accurately predict the future is something everyone wants. This is your chance to buy it.
  • Led to increased staffing and increases in people climbing the ladder from within.
  • With better ways to watch what money we have coming and going it has freed up time to follow up with past-due accounts.
  • Overall peace of mind is one of the biggest things I like about this program. Having a program that lets you know what growth projections we could be looking at, or finding out we are having a downward turn of a certain product before it actually effects us lets our team get out in front of things.
We have cycled through a number of different programs similar to this to handle the books, our accounting, billing, receiving, and so much more. When it comes to the Oracle Cloud ERP solution, it just works and it does what it does well. Of course, you can get the new product every year or two with all the new bells and whistles, but stability is what we are looking for and it is exactly what we get with this software from Oracle.
We like Oracle and already have a handful of their products so it made sense for us to continue doing business with them. They do a good job of making sure our questions and concerns are being taken care of and if we ever have any issues they get promptly resolved. Whether or not we stay with them for the next 10 years, who knows. For now, they're great!
While I have used [Oracle Cloud ERP] while employed at smaller to mid-sized businesses it feels as if this program would be suited for a growing business to help guide it along the way and support it as things continue to materialize. This program has helped us track our revenue growth and realize that we needed to grow our organization chart based on the projections we were forecasting. It is one thing to have a gut feeling or have a report that someone would like a little extra help, but it is hard to argue with numbers and statistics because they don't lie.
